Palais Cardinal

Aramis: "Finally" I said as I after quitte some time had reached the palais Cardinal. For some reason the Cardinal had asked for Me and D'Artagnan

D'Artagnan: As Aramis arrives I greet him with an enourmous smile on my face "Good morning Aramis" As I hear a door from behind my instincts tell me to turn around and so I do, resulting with me watching how a Red Guard makes his way over to us "The cardinal had send someone for us"

Aramis: As I nod, my hand drops on D'Artagan's shoulder "Constance kept you busy my friend" I reply before I greet the guard with a smile. while we follow the Guard I see that D'Artagnan is in a great mood and to see him in this mood makes me feel fantastic aswell even now when we need to help the cardinal

Cardinal: waiting, I hate waiting I think looking to the closet in which the King of France is hiding. "Majesty please, There is nothing wrong with the Dauphin I can assure you that" All of a sudden the door opens and finally the Musketeers arrived, still took them to long and I show them that "That took some of my valuable time Musketeers" the last I say very angry but as they need to help me I quickly offer them some wine.

D'Artagnan: I quickly turn down the Cardinals offer and lean closer to Aramis "Yes Constance did, but I had to leave her house before sun rise. her husband returned from his travel to Lyon" As I see the Cardinal glaring at me I lean back in line "Aramis, He will not ruin this day for me"

Aramis: I greet the Cardinal but turn down his offer for wine, a smile appears on my face as I listen to D'Artagnan "You learned well my friend, next time you will show me your skills with an unknown female" suddenly my attention chances, the Cardinal is walking in our direction

Cardinal: I walk closer and closer to these two musketeers, a finger touches my lips "Talk softly" I whisper while leaning closer and closer to them "The king is hiding in that closet there" I also point to the closet before I continue "He's worried about the Dauphin and Queen, she is sick and blames himself for that" my look turns more serious "I think she lies"

D'Artagnan: My arms crossing eachother as I listen to the Cardinal "Why would she lie?"I say without thinking and very loud "Why would she lie your eminence" this time I use more manners and whisper the question.

Aramis: As I become red of anger, I can feel that It is also boiling within me, Anne would never lie about this but sadly I can't do anything yes make the king divorce her and marry her myself. I turn my eyes away from the Cardinal but they quickly move to the closet in which the king is hiding . "What is the reason we are here your eminence?" I ask looking back to the cardinal.

Cardinal: I inspect both of them, D'Artagnan seems tired but happy, while Aramis on the other side looks angry about something, so I first inform him "I heard from Treville, that you are close to queen Anne" before he has the time to reply I turn my attention to the other "You, I need for something very different" my smile turns into a grin while I said this all, one of my guards entered and placed a sword belt around my middle "Yes, this is the same sword I used at the siege of La Rochelle, I was in charge of the troops when the king was absent, did you serve there Aramis?" I ask politely

D'Artagnan: Questioningly I look at both Aramis and the cardinal, offcourse I heard about the siege and the victory of king Louis XIII, He is brave enough to lead his troops there but when his wife Is sick he hides in a closet.

Aramis: "I served at Savoy, Treville didn't pick me to accompany the king to La Rochelle your eminence" I turn around showing the cardinal I want to leave any moment now. "If the queen is sick, we need to help her" I say walking away towards the door

Cardinal: My eyes focused on D'Artagnan, what Aramis says Is not Important to me. So when I see my change I pull D'Artagnan closer "Find out who the father of this baby or your mistress will not survive" I look him right in the eyes "I suspect the king, but we need to know the truth about this and If the queen cheated on the king, she will be killed" I talk softly so Aramis who seems to have a soft spot for the queen doesn't hear me "I send him to Lyon, I can do the same with her" I Impend.

D'Artagnan: As the cardinals grip on my arm is enourmous, I listen to what he says and when he releases me I almost want to drew my sword, but on the last moment I hold myself and nod "I will your eminence, and about La Rochelle did you follow his orders or not" I say while grinning following Aramis and the cardinal as we leave for the royal palace to speak with the Queen.
